Optical illusions are so much fun, and while they are entertaining to participate in, their uses surpass simple entertainment. Many of these illusions can reveal the keys to who you are as a person, your hidden inner self.
Think about it, psychologists use inkblots to understand their patients for a reason. When they show their patients images and then ask them to explain what they see, their subconscious mind fills in the blanks by bringing up the things hidden beneath the surface. What do you see? If you see the head of a young woman, you are optimistic at your core. You tend to see the silver lining, even when others don’t. At times, you may be a bit adventurous as well, which everyone is not always accepting of. However, it’s this same light about you that magnetizes people towards you.
2. Do you see a car, a man with binoculars, or the letter A?
f you see a car, you are a naturally adventurous person. You easily become stagnant, and to thwart that, you often seek new experiences. If you see a man with binoculars, you are the analytical type. You like to pay attention to the details and are visually inclined. If you saw the letter A, it means that you notice what most don’t. You are quiet, and reserved usually, but very observant.
3. Do you see the pillars or the men in between them?
If you notice the man first, you are someone driven by security and comfort. You are likely someone that doesn’t like to take risks and someone happy with the basics. Unfortunately, because of that, you may often feel like you want/need more from life. Don’t be afraid to step out of your comfort zone and try new things.

If you see the young woman first, you are young at heart. No matter how old you may get, you always feel young and open to the world around you. If you notice the old woman first, you are an old soul. Another way of viewing this is that younger people often tend to see the younger person first and older people often see the older person first.
5. Do you see the woman or the skull?
If you notice the woman first, you are more detail-oriented. You likely focus on the journey, versus the destination, and take great care to make sure everything is in order before taking any major steps in life. If you see the skull, you are a big picture thinker. Every action you take is based on the considerations of your entire life, not just the moment the action takes place.
